The proposed project is a vending permit (permit) to Francisco Escamilla Gonzalez (dba Seafood Kiko's Place) (Vendor) for the nonexclusive right to conduct food vending activities via a food truck at the the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal (TAMP) located at 623 Switzer Street in San Diego. The term of this permit shall be for four (4) yearsand ten (10) monthes, commencing on March 1, 2014, and ending on December 31, 2018.
