Document Description
The project is limited to the restoration and remediation of the property in order to comply with the Notice of Violation and Cleanup and Abatement Order C&A Order #R2-2009-0045 from the Regional Water Quality and Control Board and Damage Assessment/Investigative Report from CA Department of Fish and Wildlfe. Project activities will mitgate for impacts associated with the unauthorized placement of culverts, debris, and soil in the creek and wetlands, removal of riparian and wetland vegetation, and grading near the creek and wetlands. Activities include removal of trash, debris, culverts and fill from the creek and wetlands and enhancement and restoration of wetlands, riparian habitat and coastal scrub habitat.
