Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has issued an emergency permit to the Marin County Sheriff's Department to treat hazardous waste by chemical stabilization. The hazardous waste to be treated is approximately two liters of Ethyl Ether in a container. It has been determined that the Ethyl Ether is or may be highly reactive and must be stabilized prior to being transported offsite.
