Document Description
Implement Enhanced Vapor Recover upgrades required by the California Air Resources Board for above-ground storage tanks (AST). The project involves upgrading the spill kits, bollard sleeves and trash combo unit; painting elevations around AST, fueling systems and kiosk; installation of additional bollards as necessary; and replacement decals on fueling system equipment, including but not limited to, AST, waste oil tank, flare shed, fuel dispensers and entrance gates. In addition, the exisitng fuel management system will be replaced at the facility in Culver City.
