Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0247-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the City of Sutter Creek. The project is limited the replacement of the Badger Street Bridge in the same location with a raised bridge profile structure, and improved roadway approaches to provide a bridge in compliance with local, regional and statewide plans. Minor channelization in the streambed is required to improve hydraulic capacity. The work includes removal of the existing bridge structure and construction of the concrete retaining walls and bridge abutments, regarding of the stream banks adjacent to eh bridge, removing remnant rubble, and lowering exposed high spots in the stream bedrock. Roadway and storm drain improvements are also included in the project description.
