Document Description
The 2.3-acre project is located within West Antioch Creek as it traverses northerly through the City of Antioch between West 8th Street and West 4th Street, a section known as Reach B. The project will remove of up to 3,000 cubic yards of accumulated debris, vegetation, and sediment from Reach B, primarily along the western edge of the creek adjacent to the access road. The proposed full-depth channel will match the original flowline and grade of the channel and have maximum bottom width of 12-feet and length approximately 1,050-feet. Vegetation will be planted along the new channel side slopes and disturbed areas will by hydroseeded.
