Document Description
While the District was in the process of having designs completed for the changes addressed in the 2016 Addendum to the 2014 IS/MND, the area experienced flood events that had not been encountered during the drought. Due to the inadequacy of the system, raw sewage was released to Clear Lake and the District received a Notice of Violation from the CVRWQCB. The District had the hydraulic analysis updated to incorporate flows experienced during the 2017 floods. The results indicated additional improvements are necessary to meet peek flows such as those experienced in 2017. These improvements are presented in Section 2.0 of Addendum.
