CDFW has executed an Amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0100-R4, issued by the City of Modesto.
Project includes activities related to the installation of 42-inch diameter steel or reinforced concrete pipeline, to be used in the conveyance of recycled water from the Jennings Treatment plant in Modesto, CA to the Delta Mendota Canal (DMC) in Patterson, CA. The amendment includes an extension to the timeline and addition of night work to complete activities related to horizontal directional drilling activities.
