Document Description
To install a 42-inch diameter steel pipeline, approx. 2820 feet long that will convey recycled water under the San Joaquin River as part of the North Valley Regional Recycled Water Program. The pipeline will be installed using horizontal direction drilling (HDD) and all surface disturbances will be outside of the San Joaquin River Designated Floodway.
