Construction of a large metal building and appurtenances that will be operated as a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). This building is the current location of the Delleker Recycling Center. Another parcel is proposed to be used as an Outdoor Processing area for processing and storage of mixed construction and demolition debris, inert materials, green waste, wood waste, and metals. Proposed operations would include constructing and operating a biomass gasification unit.
