An Ordinance Amendment to extend by Twenty-Four Month the expiration date of Use Permit applications, Site Approval applications, and Quarry Excavation permits that had not expired on July 11, 2013; and repeal Ordinance No. 4381 and adopt an ordinance which extends by twenty-four months the expiration date of any Use Permit, Site Approval or Quarry Excavation permit issued prior to and which had not expired on July 15, 2009.
