Document Description
A Site Approval application to expand an existing K-12 school in two phases over 10 years for a maximum of 60 students (Use Type: Educational Services-General). Phase 1 includes the demolition of an existing 1,536 sf modular building, the construction of an 8,229 sf gymnasium/lunch room, and the construction of four modular classrooms buildings, each containing 960 sf. The project is located along a private road, 460 west of SR 88, and half a mile south of Harney Lane, southeast of Lodi.
