Document Description
A Site Approval application to expand an existing K-12 school in two phases over 10 years for a maximum of 60 students (Use Type: Educational Services-General). Phase 1 includes the demolition of an existing 1,536 sf modular building, the construction of an 8,229 sf gymnasium/lunch room, and the construction of four modular classrooms buildings, each containing 960 sf. Phase 2 includes the construction of two modular classroom buildings, each containing 960 sf. There will be no increase in the number of students. The General Plan designation is General Agriculture and Resource Conservation and the zoning is General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum. The project is located along a private road, 460 west of SR 88, and half a mile south of Harney Lane, southeast of Lodi.
