Document Description
The Roseland Charter School (School) is proposing to construct a new University Prep high school campus west of the Sheppard Elementary School located at 1777 West Avenue, Santa Rosa,. In the unincorporated Roseland District of the County on a newly created 1.83 acre parcel (APN 125-431-024). The existing leased buildings at the proposed site would be vacated and removed to be replaced by the new school building. The two northerly most buildings would be retained for high school use.
