Document Description
The Roseland Charter School is proposing to construct a new University Prep high school campus west of the Sheppard Elementary School located at 1777 West Avenue, Santa Rosa, in the unincorporated Roseland District of the County on a newly created 1.83 acre parcel (APN 125-431-024). The existing leased buildings at the proposed site would be vacated and removed to be replaced by the new school building. The two northerly most buildings would be retained for high school use. The proposed school would have an estimated attendance of 450 high school age students. Approximately 90 percent of the School's students are within a two-mile radius. The new school will include approximately 25,000 sf of classroom buildings. The new building would be two stories to maximize use of the small area.
