Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction and operation of improvements at the City's existing wastewater treatment plant and wastewater disposal area, located approximately 1.5 miles west of the City, adjacent to Old Sacramento Road. The project, to be developed in phases, would improve wastewater treatment and disposal operations at the plants. Phase One would consist of modifications to pumps, treatment, spray field distribution piping, and spray field equipment to improve treatment and disposal operations and minimize the potential for treated effluent runoff. Phase Two would consist of the realignment of an existing treated effluent pipeline from the wastewater treatment plant to the treated wastewater storage reservoir.
