The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0301-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Gerald Snow/California Department of Water Resources. This Project will restore of the function of drainage ditches at Bethany Dams 1, 2, and 3, repair damage caused by rodent burrow holes on the Bethany Dams, and prevent future burrow damage to ensure the continued safe operation of the State Water Project (SWP) The Project Area covered under this Permit includes the three access roads required for the work at Dams 1, 2, and 3.
