Alpine Sierra Subdivision

Proposes to develop 47 single family residential units and 5 secondary dwelling units on the +/-47.3 acre property. 27 of the lots would be located on the eastern portion of the project site. These lots are proposed to range in size from 0.41 to 1.0 acres, averaging 0.70 acres, and would be established as custom-build sites. Up to five of these lots would be allowed to include separate guest facilities. The 20 lots in the western portion of the project site are proposed to include 14 halfplex sites and 6 custom cabin home sites. The halfplex sites would range from 0.08 to 0.17 acres, and the custom cabin homes sites would range from 0.19 to 0.38 acres.
