Document Description
The project proposal is to construct two warehouse buildings on vacant land located at the southwest corner of Beechcraft Road and Cessna Drive, in Vacaville, Solano County. The proposed buildings are one-story structures of 597,816 sf and 112,115 sf, placed on two parcels totaling approximately 40 acres. The site plan includes access via two driveways on Cessna Drive, and 514 total parking spaces. The project also includes a storm water outfall into Horse Creek, which adjoins the site to the south.
