Note: Review per lead The project proposes a Zoning Text Amendment to revise sections 17.04.030 (Definitions of Land Uses, Specialized Terms and Phrases) and 17.06.050.D (Land Use and Permit Tables) of the Placer County Code (Zoning Ordinance), which regulate Community Centers. The proposed amendments would result in the creation of an Event Center section in the Zoning Ordinance that would establish five definitions for different types of event centers, which are Community Event Center, Commercial Event Center, Small Agricultural Event Center, Intermediate Agricultural Event Center, and Large Agricultural Event Center.
