Addition of Affordable Housing Chapter to the Zoning portion of the Municipal Code including definitions, standards and process for (1) transitional and supportive housing, (2) emergency shelters, (3) SRO (single-room occupancy) units, (4) reasonable accommodation, (5) accessory (second) dwelling units, (6) utility preferences for affordable housing, (7) density bonus provisions, and (8) required findings for denial of affordable housing as defined. All changes in the Chapter are part of the implementation program for the HCD approved and adopted City of Shasta Lake Housing Element.
