The Project includes the redevelopment of 7 existing wells and the drilling of 23 new wells; construction of a Central Processing Facility; a truck loading facility; a small office with a restroom; and ancillary facilities. In addition, an off-site crude oil pipeline and a natural gas pipeline would be installed underground. A portion of the pipeline construction would be within the City of La Habra.
