Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0283-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Patterson Properties. The project involves the permanent fill of 0.054 acres of an unnamed intermittent drainage and 0.025 acres of riverine seasonal wetlands in associated with development of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the project. Impacts will occur during the mass grading and development of residential land uses and associated infrastructure for the project.
