- The project is generally described as a request for approval of a General Plan Amendment, a General Development Plan Amendment, a Rezone, Tentative Subdivision Map and Design Review entitlements to allow the development of a 370 lot single family residential subdivision with lots less than 6,000 sf in area on an approximately 56.6 acre site. The 370 lots would be comprised of 210 lots sized at 40' x 70', and 160 lots sized at 45' x 75'. The project also includes 2 open space lots, 3 landscape lots, and requests for deviations from the City's approved development standards and reduced public utility easements.
