Document Description
Major elements of the project include: excavating loose material on the hillside below the highway; repairing the drainage system and installing a rocks below the downdrain; protecting the soil surface from erosion by placing rock slope protection fabric, and rocks; filling the voids with soil over the majority of the area; applying biodegradable erosions control; and reseeding to restore the original naturalized slope.
