The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0097-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, South Tahoe Public Utility District. The project is limited to implementation of a five year Adaptive Management Plan to redirect flows in Trout Creek away from inundating a regional sewer line and pumping station and back into the pre-1968 channel for the creek.
