Document Description
The proposed land uses for the Village at Los Alamitos Specific Plan include a mixed-use development comprised of 133 multiple-family residential dwelling units at a density of 62 dwelling units per acre. In addition, the project includes 4,600 sf of retail/commercial floor area. Project implementation will require approval of a General Plan Amendment (GPA). Zoning Ordinance Amendment, Site Plan Review and Specific Plan.
