Document Description
The proposed project involves the subdivision of land, site preparation, grading, and construction of 22 single-family residential dwelling units on a 14.94-acre site. A total of 23 lots would be created, 22 for the single-family dwellings and one open space lot. The project site is located on the northwestern portion of the City of La Verne, and is roughly triangular in shape. The site is bounded by Caballo Ranch Road to the north, San Dimas Canyon Road and undeveloped open space to the west, and an undeveloped slope and single-family dwellings to the east.
