Document Description
Allow a photovoltaic solar power generation facility with related improvements including a substation, 16 inverter units, a 800 sf operations and maintenance building, and an eight-foot tall chain-link fence on portions of eight parcels totaling 102.50 acres in the AE-20 Zone District. The proposed facility will connect to an existing 70kv PG&E electrical distribution line located approximately one and a half mile south of the project site. The project site is located on the southwest corner of the Muscat Avenue alignment and the Green Avenue alignment, approximately four miles southwest of the nearest city limits of the City of Kerman.
