Document Description
(SWRCB) is a responsible agency for this project. The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program is providing funds for the project. The Applicant proposes minor technical modifications in the form of an Addendum to the previously approved Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND), titled , "Arvin Community Services District Proposition 84 Arsenic Mitigation Project" (dated, March 2014). The modifications do not involve any additional ground disturbance, new construction activities or changes to the Project as described in the previously adopted IS/MND (dated, March 2014), or result in any new significant impacts or substantial increase in the severity of significant impacts or involve activities not previously analyzed .
