- Document Description
- Construction of a new temple that consists of two-stories, 49-ft., approx. 4,166 sf of floor area on an approx. 16,174 sf site. The new temple will contain 240 seats. The project will provide 72 on-site parking spaces located at-grade to the rear of the building and within two subterranean parking levels. Vehicular access is provided from the adjacent alley that runs east-west along the south property line. Pedestrian access is provided along Beverly Boulevard. As proposed, the project requires approval of a haul route to permit the export of 6,700 cubic yards of dirt in the Special Grading Area (BOE Basic Grid Map A-13372).
