Document Description
The project site is currently owned by the Cypress School District and occupied by District Offices and maintenance facility. As part of the proposed project, all on-site buildings, parking lots, and grass and landscaped areas would be demolished and removed. The preferred land use plan consists of 29 detached single-family homes located around a central street system with access to Orange Avenue.
