- Document Description
- The proposed project consists of the widening of Vineland Avenue, from Kearney Boulevard to 700 feet north, to the ultimate width for a City of Kerman standard collector street (84 foot right-of-way; 64 feet from curb to curb). The widening will consist of the construction of an 8 foot parking lane and 5 foot bike lane in each direction. The proposed project will also include the construction of concrete curb & gutter, concrete sidewalk, and concrete improvements at the intersection of Vineland Avenue and Kearney Boulevard. Storm drain facilities will be installed to serve the widened roadway. Right of way acquisition will be required from the property along the west side of Vineland Avenue within the project limits.
