Document Description
Demolition of an existing religious institution consisting of two one-story buildings and surface parking lots, the subdivision of an approximately 2.15-acre site to create 60 small lots for single-family dwelling purposes, and the construction, use and maintenance of 60 three-story, townhouse-style single-family dwellings with 130 on-site parking spaces, including two on-site parking spaces in an enclosed garage on the first level of each dwelling and ten guest parking spaces in a separate surface lot at the southeast corner of the site. Vehicular access to all dwellings and the guest parking area will be via a proposed common access driveway system providing access from Nordhoff Street. The project also includes site grading with the export of approximately 1,000 cubic yards of dirt and the removal of 32 non-protected trees.
