Document Description
The project is the proposed on-site sale of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with three proposed restaurants within a mini-shopping center. The site is currently developed with the Waa Waa Plaza mini-shopping center, which consists of three commercial buildings surrounding a central, shared surface parking lot. Since the application was originally filed, proposed Restaurant 1 (Unit 113) and proposed Restaurant 3 (Units 111 and 112) have since been developed as a Tom N' Toms Coffee shop and Issan Station Thai restaurant, respectively. Restaurant 2 (Unit 108) is currently vacant. Restaurant 1 is proposed to be a 6,008 sf restaurant with 264 seats (130 seat rooftop outdoor patio). Restaurant 2 is proposed to be a 4,066 sf restaurant with 198 seats. Restaurant 3 is proposed to be a 1,830 sf restaurant with 54 seats. The applicant is requesting a Master Conditional Use to permit the sale of alcoholic beverages at the three existing tenant spaces.
