The project is to allow the sale of a full line of alcohol for off-site consumption in conjunction with an existing 26,800 sf warehouse style supermarket of which 14,000 sf is dedicated to retail space, 2,520 sf for office, and 9,718 sf warehouse/storage space. Hours of operation are from 9 am to 8 pm Monday through Saturday and 9 am to 7 pm on Sunday. No new construction or additions are proposed, just interior renovation and change of use (Certificate of Occupancy already issued) from manufacturing to retail/supermarket. The project requires a Conditional Use Permit for alcohol sales.
