- The proposed project includes the installation of a 119 foot tall stadium light standard with telecommunications equipment and three stadium 90 foot tall stadium light standards at the existing Mangrum Track Field. In addition, the project includes an equipment storage shelter, a generator (including an enclosure), GPS antennas, electrical and cellular equipment, and utility connections.
