Document Description
The proposed project would relocate the Rancho Dominguez operations to Berths 206-209. Horizon Lines would refurbish a 60,000 sf CFS Warehouse, which was historically used for warehouse and transloading activities. In addition, the proposed Project would include office space, for which two possible options are under consideration. The first option includes installation of 6,200 sf of modular office space within the lease boundary. The second options involves leasing space within an existing 62,000 sf office tower building space located north of the CFS Warehouse on Berths 206-209. The project site is not identified on the Cortese list (Government Code Section 65962.5). Project improvements would begin summer 2014 and would be fully operational by fall 2014.
