Phase II would demolish the existing wharf at Berths 121-126, cut back 3.7 acres of the land and create 2.1 acres of new land, construct a new, 1,400 foot long wharf, reconfigure the container yard, demolish existing buildings and construct new ones, and further expand and modernize the WBICTF.
