The Santa Cruz County Department of Public Works (County) proposes to replace the existing Old County Road Bridge over Earl Creek (Bridge #36C095) in the unincorporated community of Ben Lomond, Santa Cruz County, CA. Old County Road is a local County Roadway which extends from SR 9 for approximately one mile on the west side of SR 9 before rejoining SR 9.
