Document Description
As presently proposed, the Project proponent has submitted three applications to the City for the Project site: GPA-2011-3026, ZC-2011-3027, TTM-2011-3028 (TTM 36385). GPA-2011-3025 and ZC-2011-3027 would change the General Plan and Zoning designations on the subject property from Large Lot Residential and Rural Residential with Master Plan Overlay (R-R w/MPO), respectively to Single-Family (SF) and Single-Family Estate Residential-2 (ER-2) and Open Space. Tentative Tract Map TTM-2011-3028 (TTM 38385) proposes a subdivision of the Project site into a 53 residential lot. 8 HOA lot, and 7 lettered lot residential development on approximately 64.3 acres in the City of Murrieta.
