Construction of approximately 156,000 sf of building space at the Transportation Yard Complex that will become the future location of the RCTD Engineering and Highway Operations Division. The Riverside County Agricultural Commissioner (RCAC) is proposing an additional 9,000 sf of building space at the complex that will become the future location of RCAC's Weights and Measures Division. The total building area on the site will be approximately 165,000 sf. The proposed project is located on a 19-acre site bordered by Placentia Street to the north, Water Street to the south, Harvill Avenue to the east, and by a rural residence and vacant agricultural land to the west.
