The proposed Premiere Rehabilitation and Wellness Center of Victorville is a new 170-bed, 1 story, skilled nursing facility to be built on an 11 acre vacant property. The facility will house 80 units, ranging from single- to multi-occupant rooms. The main support spaces include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Dining & Activity spaces, Barber/Beauty Salon, Emergency Generator, and on-grade parking. Three landscaped courtyards provide outdoor patient environments. The 24-hour a day facility anticipated 230 total occupants, 60 of which are employees.
