Document Description
The proposed project would serve as a blueprint for the City's long range transportation planning and would support the implementation of several projects including road widening, road diet, reclassification of roads, grade separation, and mass transit projects. The proposed project also includes updates to the City's Master Plan of Streets and Highways, Fixed Guideway Plan, Bikeway Master Plan, and Pedestrian Opportunity Area Plan, which propose new and improved multi-modal transportation networks to serve the City through 2035. Updated goals and policies in the Policy Plan and action steps in the Implementation Plan of the proposed Circulation Element detail how the City will meet its transportation and sustainability goals.
