The proposed project consists of the construction and operation of approximately 294,593 sf of solar panel covered carport and rooftop within the existing LACOE facility boundaries. The project is to be constructed in two phases: Phase I will be constructed at the Education Center West (ECW) facility located at 12830 Columbia Way; and Phase II will be constructed at the Education Center (EC) and Personnel Commission Annex (PCA) facility located at 9300 Imperial Highway.
