Document Description
Request by Biddle Ranch LLC and AT&T Mobility for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the co-location and construction of a wireless communications facility involving the replacement of a wood pole and four whip antennas with two new 63-foot tall steel poles with three antennas each. The project also involves the relocation of one 4-foot diameter drum antenna from the existing wood pole, an additional 182.5 square feet of fenced lease area, and new equipment cabinets and racks located within a 640 square foot fenced lease area. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 400 square feet of a 629-acre parcel. The site in the Huasna-Lopez Inland planning area.
