Document Description
Adoption of Conditional Waivers of Waste Discharge Requirements for Low-Threat Discharges in the San Diego Region (Order). The Order will revise/renew the following waivers for the following waste discharge classifications: on-site graywater disposal systems; animal operations; silvicultural operations, miscellaneous low threat discharges; aerially discharged wastes to land, recycled water discharges to land; solid wastes discharges to land; slurry discharges to land; and regional emergency related waste discharges to land. The Order will incorporate new conditional waivers for the following waste discharge classifications: aquatic animal production facilities, winery waste process water to lined ponds; and composting facilities. The Order requires implementation of effective management measures and structural and non-structural best management practices.
