The Project proposes a General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendment, Vesting Tentative Map, Master Site Approval, Site Approval, Special Conditional Use Permit and potential Development Agreement to develop an industrial business park with eight buildings on a 211.9-acre site. Individual buildings would range from 292,000 sf to 750,000 sf with a total building area of 3,872,000 sf across the subject property.
