The Project proposes a General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendment, Master Site Plan, and potential Development Agreement to develop a 189.1-acre site with multiple buildings suitable for industrial, distribution warehousing, manufacturing, assembly, e-commerce, etc. with a total building area of 3,706,740 s.f. Ultimate development of the Project also would require future approval of applications for a Vesting Tentative Map, Site Approval, and CUP; these future discretionary applications also will be evaluated as part of the require EIR.
