Document Description
This is the addition of a new multi-use, outdoor, special event area next to the existing Scenic Overlook facility. It will incorporate two levels with some flat concrete areas and electrical outlets for weddings or other special events, and 'monkey bars' and open unpaved areas for the daily repetitive visitors that exercise and bring their children to play.
