Document Description
The proposed project involves replacement of the roofs on Restrooms 2 and 3 serving the San Diego Marriott Marquis Marina, located at 333 West Harbor Drive in San Diego. The two existing roofs are deteriorated and in need of replacement. The replacement roofs will be identical in size and location as the existing roofs. The proposed project consist of removing the exisitng roofing, re-framing the roofing, and installing a contemporary standing-seam roof over the restrooms.
